Keep the context
The customer, agreed scope and project history belong together.
BESPOKE SOFTWARE · CONNECTED WEBSITES · SMARTER WORKFLOWS
Bring your website, customers and team together. Bespoke websites and CRM systems for solar and installation companies, shaped around how you sell, survey, deliver and support.
Sharper processes. Clearer handovers. One connected journey.
YOUR WEBSITE + YOUR PEOPLE + YOUR PROCESS
MORE THAN A PLACE TO KEEP CONTACTS
An enquiry becomes a proposal. A sale becomes a survey. A survey becomes a job pack. We’re building the connections that help the next person pick up the work with the right information.
The customer, agreed scope and project history belong together.
Office staff, site teams and clients need different information.
Your forms, stages and responsibilities should shape the system.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD TOGETHER
Start with the part of your process that needs attention. We shape the website, workspace and connections around that need.
Website and enquiry journey
A branded website that introduces your services and gives each enquiry a useful starting point.
Discuss your requirementsCRM and project records
Keep customer details, sales stages, notes, tasks and project history in context.
Discuss your requirementsForms and handover workflows
Define the questions, photographs and scope evidence the next person needs before work begins.
Discuss your requirementsDiaries and engineer workspaces
Plan people and visits, then give installation teams a focused view of their assigned work.
Discuss your requirementsClient experience
Give customers a clear home for approved project updates, documents and aftercare information.
Discuss your requirementsAPIs and workflow automation
Plan connections to your design, accounting and communication tools around verified data and agreed rules.
Discuss your requirementsEach project starts with an agreed scope. Our current demonstration is a prototype; secure shared operation, production integrations and automation are delivery stages to plan and validate.
ONE PROJECT HISTORY
The intended journey connects the front of the business to the people who deliver the work.
A relevant website form captures the initial brief.
Linked design information feeds a reviewed proposal.
The correct questions, photos and scope video sit in the job.
People and separate visits follow an agreed programme.
Assigned engineers receive the scope and record the work.
Clients find released documents and useful guidance.
This is the proposed end-to-end workflow. Secure shared operation and automation are still in development.
BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
We start with how your business actually runs. Who owns the enquiry? What makes a survey complete? What does the installer need before arriving?
Tell us how you workA new branded website or a connection to the site you already have.
Project stages, survey questions, checklists and handovers shaped around agreed responsibilities.
Defined roles for your design tool, accounting system and project records.
A separate identity and data boundary for each business in the production platform.
INSTALLATION BUSINESSES FIRST
The core journey suits businesses that combine sales, surveys, office coordination and on-site installation. Each trade needs its own approved workflow.
OUR FIRST WORKING EXAMPLE
Roof and electrical readiness, phased visits, equipment records and customer handover all need coordinating. The system should carry that context from the first enquiry to final handover.

CONNECTIONS WITH A PURPOSE
We plan the connection around the information you need, with a clear source for each record.

Scope and costs to be agreedBEFORE WE TALK
We have a working browser-based prototype with sample records and a demonstration website. Secure shared accounts, the production database, mandatory survey automation and live integrations still need completing. We’ll agree a controlled pilot and acceptance criteria before any live use.
No. The intended offer can connect the platform to an existing website, or include a new branded website. The right approach depends on your current site and the enquiry journey you want.
That is the starting point. We would agree your stages, forms, roles, evidence requirements and handovers. Bespoke work needs a clear scope, so we begin with the workflow that would make the biggest difference.
The planned production permissions restrict engineers to their assigned work and approved job information. Clients receive their own released project information. Current role previews illustrate this experience; server-enforced access still needs implementing.
The demonstration is currently owner-private. The dedicated case-study page contains screenshots you can explore without opening the external site. Guided access and an isolated sample workspace must be arranged before wider demonstrations. No real customer information should enter the current prototype.
We have not published a fixed tariff. We first define your website needs, team workflow, integrations and support requirements, then agree the scope and costs. We aim to prove a useful pilot before expanding the package.
YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR PACKAGE.
Tell us how your team works and what you’d like to bring together. We’ll discuss your requirements, then prepare a tailored proposal covering your package, setup, monthly subscription and terms.
Your team, your existing tools and the handovers you want to improve. We’ll agree the scope before preparing your pricing.
